A former Macy’s executive who previously served as Chief Product and Digital Officer, leading macys.com and the Macy’s app. Jill’s responsibilities included: digital revenue, enterprise product management, enterprise technology, merchandise management, site production, and user experience.
She served as a VP at eBay, where she led all eBay vertical businesses (excluding automotive) and merchandising support functions.
Before Macy’s, Jill spent 15 years at Walmart in e-commerce, leading merchandising across various categories.
Former Macy’s Vice President of Product Management, Michael led the evolution and scaling of merchant and vendor technology platforms and was the business and operations owner for drop-ship and marketplace businesses.
Former Vice President of Marketplace and Partner Services for Walmart, he led the strategy, platform development, and operations of the third-party marketplace and drop-ship businesses.
Former Vice President of Human Resources at Fashion Nova, Jonathan led human resources across the brand’s corporate office, distribution centers, and retail stores. He helped the organization scale from less than 100 employees to over 1,200.
15+ years in progressive HR leadership roles at various brands and retailers, including Bluestem Brands/Orchard Brands, Body Central, Forever 21, CVS/Long Drugs, and Target.
A former investment professional at Summit Partners, John helped to lead the formation of a.k.a. Brands, including sourcing and executing investments in Princess Polly, Petal + Pup and Rebdolls
Responsible for over $300 million of equity capital deployed in consumer and e-commerce investments, including investments in Morphe and Quay Australia.
Before joining Summit, John began his career at Barclays Investment Bank, where he advised on capital raising and M&A transactions.
Current Managing Director at Summit Partners, Christopher has been on the growth equity investing team for 19 years.
He is currently a board director for Brooklinen, Champion Windows, EngageSmart, FORMA Brands, and Quay Australia.
His prior directorships include Focus Financial Partners (NYSE: FOCS), Investor Management Services, optionsXpress, Progressive Finance, PSC Info Group, Senior
Home Care, and Sun Trading.
Current Managing Director at Summit Partners, Matthew has been a member of the growth equity investing team for 15 years.
His investment and board experience includes EngageSmart, a.k.a. Brands, Flow Traders, Focus Financial Partners, FORMA Brands, Patriot Growth Insurance Services, Progressive Finance, Quay Australia, Salient Partners, Snap Finance, Telerik and Vestmark.
Myles is the current CEO of FORMA Brands (formerly Morphe Holdings)- an incubator, accelerator, and curator of next-generation beauty brands.
He was the former CEO of Bare Escentuals. He led the company through retail sales growth of nearly 500% to over a billion dollars. He completed an IPO in 2006, valuing the company at $1.9 billion.
In addition to a.k.a. Brands, Myles serves on the Board of Quay Australia, a digitally native eyewear brand.
Former COO of samsclub.com, where she managed a team of over 120 associates and a multi-billion dollar P&L.
Before Sam’s Club, Kelly held the role of SVP of Global Category Development at Walmart after serving as SVP and Chief Merchant for Walmart.com following ten years at GAP.
In addition to a.k.a. Brands, Kelly serves on the Board of Turtle Beach, one of the world’s leading gaming audio and accessory providers.

Before Princess Polly, Wez founded a web design and digital agency called New Business Media. He was introduced to Princess Polly, a brick & mortar retailer that he and Eirin would later purchase and transform into the business as it operates today.
